Robert G. Jones President & Chief Executive Officer
Robert G. Jones is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Old National Bancorp. Jones joined Old National in September 2004 after a 25-year career at Cleveland-based KeyCorp. Most recently Jones was Chief Executive Officer of McDonald Investments Inc., the KeyCorp business unit that provides brokerage, capital markets, insurance, investment banking, and asset management services. Mr. Jones serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Board of Directors, where he is a member of its Executive Committee and chairs the Audit Committee. He is very active in the community and serves on the boards of the University of Evansville, Evansville Regional Business Council, Vectren Corporation, the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana, Riley Children's Hospital, and Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana.
Christopher A. Wolking Senior Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer
Christopher A. Wolking is currently Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old National Bancorp. Christopher began his career at Old National in 1999 as Treasurer and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President in 2001 and Executive Vice President in 2005. Previously, Mr. Wolking worked in various roles in the treasury and wealth management units of Old Kent Financial Corporation. He serves on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank, Indianapolis, as Treasurer of the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra and President of the Reitz Memorial Catholic High School board of trustees.
Barbara A. Murphy Senior Executive Vice President-Chief Banking Officer
Barbara A. Murphy is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. She previously served as Chief Risk Officer. Murphy joined Old National in 2005. Prior to joining Old National, Murphy most recently served as director and Executive Vice President of cash management sales, service and internet support at Bank One Corporation.
Dennis P. Heishman Region Chief Executive Officer
Dennis P. Heishman was appointed Region CEO of Old National Bank in 2006. Heishman joined Old National as President of its Louisville region in late 2003. Prior to joining Old National, Heishman had served for 20 years at Bank One Corporation, most recently as President and CEO of Bank One's Kentucky region. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Greater Louisville Fund for the Arts, Greater Louisville, Inc., Indiana University Southeast, Junior Achievement, Louisville Housing Partnership, Louisville Metro Police Foundation, and the University of Louisville.
Annette W. Hudgions Executive Vice President-Chief Client Services Officer
Annette W. Hudgions currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Client Services Officer. Most recently, she had served as Chief Administrative Officer and President and CEO of Old National Service Division. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Systems Support for Old National Bank. Ms. Hudgions has been with the Company since 1977.
John R. Kamin Executive Vice President-Chief Information Officer
John R. Kamin is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Old National Bancorp, having joined the Company in July 2011. Kamin was previously with Wells Fargo where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and the Director of Wells Fargo’s Internet and Mobile Project Portfolio. Kamin has 30+ years of technology experience, including a wide variety of roles across numerous industries.
Jeffrey L. Knight Executive Vice President-Chief Legal Counsel
Jeffrey L. Knight is Executive Vice President and the Chief Legal Counsel for Old National Bancorp. Knight previously served as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel. He joined Old National in September 1993 as General Counsel. Mr. Knight is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Indiana State and Evansville Bar Associations. He is a member of the University of Southern Indiana Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Trustees' Audit and Finance Committee. He is a board member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Indiana Bankers Association and a board member of the Harlaxton Society Board of Directors with the University of Evansville.
Daryl D. Moore Executive Vice President-Chief Credit Officer
Daryl D. Moore is Executive Vice President and CCO of Old National Bancorp. He was previously Senior Vice President from 1996 to 2001, Vice President from 1995 to 1996 and Chief Credit Officer. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Merchants National Bank (Terre Haute) from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Moore holds the Credit Risk Certification designation from the Risk Managment Association. He serves on the board of the Rotary, the Rehabilitation Center, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Candice J. Rickard Executive Vice President-Chief Risk Officer
Candice J. Rickard is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Old National Bancorp. Rickard has more than 15 years of experience in banking, including work in areas of accounting, regulatory compliance, internal audit, loan review, and bank consulting. Rickard joined Old National in 2001, was promoted to Corporate Controller in 2002, and to Senior Vice President in 2005. Prior to joining Old National, Rickard practiced public accounting and consulting since 1991 at the regional accounting firm, EKW & Associates, specializing in the banking industry. She is a member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Dan L. Doan Region Chief Executive Officer
Dan L. Doan is Central Region CEO of Old National Bank. Mr. Doan previously served as Commercial Banking Executive and prior to that was the Indianapolis Region President. He serves on the board of the Notre Dame Snite Museum and the Fischoff National Music Chamber Association.
James A. Sandgren Region Chief Executive Officer
James A. Sandgren was promoted to Southern Region CEO in 2007. He has been with Old National Bank since 1992 and most recently served as Executive Vice President, Southern Division Chief Credit Officer. He holds the Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association. Mr. Sandgren serves on the board for the YMCA, Junior Achievement, American Red Cross, University of Southern Indiana Foundation, Chamber of Commerce of Southerwest Indiana, Evansville Country Club, and St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Board.
Kathy A. Schoettlin Executive Vice President-Chief Community Relations and Social Responsibility Officer
Kathy A. Schoettlin is Executive Vice President, Chief Community Relations and Social Responsibility Officer. Schoettlin was previously Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Old National Bancorp. Before coming to Old National in 2005, Schoettlin served for 15 years as Public Relations Director at the Southwestern Indiana Chapter of the American Red Cross. She is the 2010 recipient of the ATHENA Award. Ms. Schoettlin serves as a board member for the Lampion Center, Indiana Youth Institute, Public Education Foundation, Mesker Park Zoo and Southwestern Indiana Mental Health Center. She is a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
James C. Ryan III Executive Vice President-Director of Corporate Strategy
James C. Ryan III is Executive Vice President, Director of Corporate Development and Strategy for Old National Bancorp. Previously, Ryan was Integration Executive for our Northern Region, as well as holding the positions of Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer for Old National Bancorp. He is chairing the 2011 United Way Business Development Campaign and is a member of the University of Evansville's Schroeder Family School of Business Administration Business Advisory Board.
Richard W. Dubé Ex-Officio Member-Executive Vice President, Chief Auditing Executive & Chief Ethics Officer
Richard W. (Dick) Dubé is Executive Vice President ,Chief Audit Executive and Chief Ethics Officer of Old National Bancorp. He has been the General Auditor since 1997 and was promoted to Vice President, Audit and Risk Manager in 1999. In 2001, Dubé was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Audit Executive. In 2008 he was named Ethics Officer. As Ethics Officer he is responsible for developing policies and programs that deal with ethics-related matters; maintaining ethics training and education programs, overseeing the company's hotline reporting system, and updating the company's Code of Ethics. He has several professional certifications including CBA (Certified Bank Auditor); CFSA (Certified Financial Services Auditor); CRP (Certified Risk Professional) and CFIRS (Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist). Dubé serves as Board Chair of the Dunigan Family YMCA, Executive Committee member and a member of the finance committee of the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana.
Randall D. Reichmann Region Chief Executive Officer
Randall D. Reichmann was appointed Region CEO of Old National Bank in 2010. Reichmann joined Old National as President of its Indianapolis Region in 2006. Prior to joining Old National, Reichmann had managed the Commercial Banking Group for Huntington National Bank in Indianapolis and spent 20 years with JP Morgan Chase in Arizona and Indiana. He serves with a variety of organizations, including the United Way of Central Indiana, Boys and Girls Club of Central Indiana and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. Mr. Reichmann has recently joined the core planning team for the Indiana Youth Institute's 'Indiana Mentoring Partnership,' an initiative devoted to providing a mentor to every child in the State of Indiana in need of one.
Kendra L. Vanzo Executive Vice President-Chief Human Resources Officer
Kendra L. Vanzo is Executive Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer. Vanzo was previously Senior Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer. She has been with Old National since 1994. Ms. Vanzo earned the Senior Professional Human Resources certification. She serves as past President for the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana and is a board member for the March of Dimes-Southwest Division and Tales and Scales. She is also a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and volunteers for the United Way.
Caroline J. Ellspermann President & CEO, Wealth Management
Caroline J. Ellspermann is the President and CEO for Old National Wealth Management. She joined Old National as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Corporate Private Client Group. Ms. Ellsperman is Vice Chair of the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville's Board of Directors, a member of ANEW, a member of the Riley Children's Foundation Regional Committee and a 2010 graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series.

Thomas A. Flynn is the President and CEO for Old National Insurance. He became part of the Old National team upon the acquisition of the J.W.F. Insurance Companies and was previously executive vice president of the firm. Flynn is very active in his local community and has served as president of the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis, Palisades Park Homeowner’s Association in Palisades, Michigan and chairman of the Midsummer Festival, a major fundraising event for Cathedral Arts Inc., sponsoring organization of the International Violin Competition.

Julie A. Williams Daugherty is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Merger Integrations Director. Williams Daugherty has been with Old National since 2001 and has 30+ years experience in the banking industry. She is a United Way volunteer, an annual fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and a member of A Network of Evansville Women (ANEW). She has served as a director for the Posey County Community Foundation and as a past chair of the American Cancer Society's Posey County Relay for Life.
